Semenggoh Nature Reserve

Located in 93250 Siburan, Sarawak, Semenggoh Nature Reserve has been a famous home for young orang-utans, who had been orphaned or rescued from captivity, how to survive in the wild. They roam in the forest at all time and only come back to the centre for meal. However, when it comes to fruiting season, most of them may not come to feed and this shows that they are already able to take care of themselves. For the visitors who plan to visit the orang-utans, the best time to be here is in the morning from 9 am to 10 am and in the afternoon from 3 pm to 3.30 pm, during the feeding sessions. For Malaysian adults, the entrance fee is RM10. It operates only on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4.45 pm.
