Please log in to your Traveloka account on Traveloka App or desktop, and follow the guidelines below:
1. Go to My Booking menu
2. Select the e-ticket you wish to resend
3. Select the Share icon on the upper-right corner of the page
4. Choose 'Share as PDF' to get your e-ticket by email
5. Enter the email address, then select Send Now
Your e-ticket should then be sent to your email immediately. Please check your inbox as well as your junk/spam mailbox.
Sometimes it can take longer to process your payment. If your first transaction was unsuccessful, please check your booking status on My Booking menu. After you are sure that your payment didn’t get through, you can try to make a payment again. Please make sure that you re-enter the correct credit card details.

Yes, you can change or cancel your booking via My Booking menu in your account. To cancel, please log in and choose the specific booking that you would like to cancel. Then, click on the Refund icon of that booking.

If you would like to change your stay period or duration, you may cancel your hotel reservation first. Then, book another date that suits you. However, please note that some hotel rooms are non-refundable, while some hotel rooms may have a cancellation fee imposed.
