Tasik Darulaman Perdana or also known as The Lakefront is the largest park in Sungai Petani. The size is 13.5 acres. It has pedestrian walkways as well as landscaped park furniture. All of this are aimed to provide a better lifestyle for the residence of Darulaman Perdana. There are many activities that can be done here such as kayaking and paddle boat. It is a public park therefore there is no entrance fee however there will be ticket price if visitors wants to ride the paddle boat or kayak. How to Get There

By Car

From Kuala Lumpur, visitors may drive by taking the North South Expressway. One will need to head to Ipoh and then Alor Setar. From there, one may take the exit 170 that heads to Sungai Petani. From there one may use the signboards to head to Tasik Darulaman Perdana.

By Bus

There are buses that goes to Sungai Petani. One may take a bus from Terminal Bersepadu Selatan. The ride will take around 5 to 6 hours. The fare for 1 way will be around RM38 to RM 40.
