Kinta Medical Centre was built at Jalan Chung Thye Phin, Taman Chateau, Ipoh. There is a history lies behind the building. In 1964, Mr. Foo Yet Kai bought a villa which he purposely wanted to donate it for setting up of a private hospital known as Our Lady Hospital led by the Sisters of Franciscan Missionaries of the Divine Motherhood. Then, in 1980s, Foo Yet Kai Foundation took over and formed it into public Kinta Medical Centre. Upholding the vision ‘To be the preferred affordable healthcare provider ‘, the hospital, including the dedicated medical consultants, nurses and administrative staffs serves all patients with their best services and facilities.
