The room was extremely comfortable and had all the amenities as stated. One thing I really liked was their smart TV, instead of just being able to surf the usual TV channels, I was able to connect my phone to the TV and play my own YouTube videos and shows from my phone, which I thought was quite cool. The hotel didn't feel congested or overcrowded at all despite the concierge informing us that they were almost fully booked that day, which was nice. They had a good breakfast spread-quite a variety of choices from oriental to american breakfast. Location was amazing as well! Right in the city centre-just right across the road from the MRT (City Hall) and near food places (Chijmes) and a mall (Raffles City), it was a breeze getting food and going to shop. Overall a 5/5 stay and would love to come back again!

Would recommend! Great choice for a staycation! The location is very good as is connected to three big malls. The lobby and bubble lifts are really eye-catching with the design of John Portman architecture! The hotel is big with different facilities including a pool, chess, gym, table tennis, kids playing area, etc. Staff are generally kind and responsive; Special Kodus to Abhi (from reception) and Rey (for entertainment) who made a good impression that we recalled their names :) They ensure we have a good time at Pan Pacific. We could have early check-in and slight late check-out, with a Deluxe room view of Swissotel. The room doesn't feel luxurious and modern but is comfortable. Surprisingly there is no coffee machine. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety and nice quality. Sadly exterior lifts below level 22 rooms cannot be used easily.

Room was prepared by the time I reached (around 2pm). Deposited $100 cash (can use credit card too) with reception as hotel policy. Loved the room, which came with bathtub as well! Room was clean and had no issues with it. Living Room had a Sound bar which can connect to Bluetooth to play music, while both TVs had cable TV (no connection to Netflix). Loved the gigantic fridge and the complimentary coffee capsules and coffee machine:-) I must mention that there are so many wall plugs everywhere, don't have to worry about not having enough slots for your devices! Bedroom TV suddenly wasn't working at night (around 12.30am) but called reception and technician swiftly changed the TV (took about 15 minutes). For the rooftop pool, required to book slot during check-in. Need to go to lobby to collect keycard at the start of slot and return at the end of slot. Towels can be found on the left of lifts. View from rooftop pool was beautiful (and I think night view would be even better!) Location of hotel was good. Right downstairs there was 7-11 in case you want some late night snacks/drinks. Right across the road is Haji Lane, where you can visit some beautiful cafes. Many places to explore around the hotel. Believe Suntec City is also about 10-15min walking distance from hotel. Great stay overall and would love to come back again! Will constantly be looking out for sales/promos!

Pleasant attention from staff during our stay. Allen noticed that it's was my cousin's birthday month when we checked in and immediately arrange a mini cake for him upon check it. It's attention to details like this that made us decided that this won't be our last staycation at Park Royal beach road.

This accommodation is perfect for families with small kids. Room was beautifully setup. While waiting for check in, kids were entertained with ice-cream and balloon sculpting. $60 credits were used for our dinner and light snacks from the nearby food, so convenient especially for Muslims! Great stay!

The room was neat and basic with no frills, but roomy and functional. Certain furnishing and fixtures were rather aged and not in tip-top condition (visible defects such as cracks in the bath tub), but nothing major and not a cause for complaint. However, the soundproofing of the room wasn't good-could rather easily hear the noises from the neighboring room. A major plus of this hotel is that it offers complimentary parking in its small private car park. The location is also almost unparalleled from a convenience/sightseeing/shopping perspective. An MRT station is at its doorstep and Dhoby Ghaut and Bugis are just a short distance away.

The room was spacious and the bathroom and shower were connected. The view was of a building that had caught fire. There was a tv with local channels. The maid service was nice. The laundry service was confusing. I loved staying here because it was close to the MRT and convenience stores.

The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is in a strategic place because it's really near the mrt station and there are lots of places to eat around the area. There's also a minimarket right beside the place so it's really convenient if you want to buy some snacks. Overall a good experience!

Chill place for staycation. Generally pleasant but cleanliness of rooms can be improved. There seem to be mould on the bathroom floor. Calls to housekeeping and front desk not picked up most of the time.

About

The Singapore Art Museum (SAM) focuses on international contemporary art practices, specialising in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Housed in a restored 19th-century mission school, Singapore Art Museum opened its doors in 1996 as the first art museum in Singapore and also known as SAM, and the museum is now a contemporary art museum.

SAM has built one of the world's most important public collections of Southeast Asian contemporary artworks, with a growing component in international contemporary art. SAM draws from its collection and collaborates with international contemporary art museums to co-curate and present contemporary art exhibitions. Contemporary art of the region is also given international exposure through SAM's travelling exhibition programme and collection loans.

Visitors can extend their SAM experience through complementary and exhibition-related education and public programmes such as exhibition-related public programmes and workshops, educational programmes and workshops which cover a diversity of art trends and contemporary art practices for all ages. Apart from that, outreach programmes are conducted too where SAM programmes are extended outside of the museum to schools, community centres, and partner locations. It is worth mentioning that SAM is the organiser of the Singapore Biennale in 2011, 2013 and 2016. On 13 November 2013, SAM became incorporated as an independent company limited by guarantee.

Tourists Attractions

Helix Bridgeย

One of the major landmarks of Singapore, The Helix Bridge resembles the structure of DNA. It is an architectural marvel and the worldโ€™s first double helix bridge. It is 280-metres long and is made up of three 65-metres spans and two 45-metres end spans. It comprises two delicate helix structures that act together as a tubular truss. The helix tubes only touch each other in one position, under the bridge deck. Featuring five viewing platforms across the length of the bridge, you can enjoy the sweeping views of Singaporeโ€™s skyline and various events in the vicinity from here. In the evening, a series of dynamic multi-coloured LED lights glow on the bridge making it look spectacular. From the bridge, you can capture awe-inspiring panoramic views of the Marina Bay.

Jurong Bird Park

When Salman Khan and Karisma Kapoor danced to the tunes of โ€˜Jungle Hai Adhi Raat Haiโ€™ in Biwi No. 1, it was no other place but Jurong Bird Park. A major tourist attraction in Singapore, it is home to more than 600 species of birds. You can feed lories and lorikeets at the Lory Loft enclosure which is exciting and enjoyable. A tram takes you around the park showing various sites like the tallest human-made waterfall, walk-in aviaries and more. The aviaries resemble the natural habitat of birds and provide a comfortable atmosphere for them. A 50-acre sanctuary inside the park imparts educational information about the residents. It also showcases entertaining bird shows throughout the day. The highlight of this place is the underwater viewing gallery where you can watch pelicans prepare to catch their lunch. You can let your kids indulge in an amazing dining experience with the singing parrot. But, you may have to pay extra for this activity. There is a Birdz of Play wet & dry area at this location where kids can play.
