The room is pretty clean close to places to eat and Bugis, but the walls of the room are not soundproof so it's noisy when the next room talks even though it's bedtime. For a 3 star hotel it's okay.

The hotel is in good location, very near the Bras Basah MRT. However the hallway smelled like cigarette. The room cleanliness could be improved as there were hairs on my pillow case but the receptionist just told me it must be the housekeeping 's hair. (how does this make it any better, but the lady who told me this seems nice so I'll let this slide). I didn't want to make a fuss, so I didn't complain more. On the 3rd and 4th day, the AC seems broken and they told me it has been fixed from the central, then one of the receptionist fake laughed like "ha ha ha ha". It didn't seem colder, maybe by just 1 degree or so. Housekeeping threw away my toothpaste, not a single sorry and just handed me the toothbrush and said nothing. The staffs (especially the man and lady were very nice and helpful.). Will not be going back unfortunately.

The location was very strategic, quite close to the Bras Basah and Bencooleen MRT station. The room was OK and still of decent size, although there was a bit too much space on the lower part of the room door. The receptionists were just so so, although the guy was quite friendly and helpful.
