One of the best new hotel. The staff was very friendly and amazingly some of them asked my name and everytime I met them they called me with my name. It was a great effort. The food taste was standard for 5 star hotel (I tried in room dining and makan kitchen) but the portion was so great. This is the first time I ate in room dining in hotel and really full. The breakfast is really complete most of everything was there except smoked salmon (but its okay it just my preference). The room was spacious. I was not stay at suite but the room was spacious. The amanities was great, but it supose to have pairs of everything since my booking is for 2 pax. But I only have one and need to request (but they just came right away). Location was great. At the city center. Near with local street food and mall. Definitely will come back again.

The hotel is clean and spacious. The gym is opened 24 hours but you need to get the reception to open the room. They have self washing machine together with the dryer which is very convenience. Reception and staff is very friendly and helpful. Just a little bit slow with the wi-fi. Overall the hotel has extended a great service and great value of money, will definitely come back next time.

The room is amazing! The living room is huge. Family friendly. All rooms have kitchen. Only cons is that the hotel do not provide iron and iron board to use. They only do pressing service 3 pieces for Rp40,000.

Nice new hotel. Hotel in a very strategic location just 200m from jatim park 1 and museum angkut. Very recommended for family vacation. Room is nice and very clean too.

What I like most is the view from my bedroom balcony. Overall everything is beautiful. But I'm slightly annoyed because the pool and playground is too far away, they're located in the separated building from the hotel so you need take a long route to go there. But it was beautiful. So counted the long walk as exercise.

This is the hotel that makes you feel you are staying at 5* hotel instead. The service is amazing, the food also very good, and all the staffs are very attentive to our needs. The facilities I think quite excellent for the price that they offered. The room is also spacious and very clean. Free minibar everyday is an added bonus. All in, I think I am happy with the service. This 4 star resort deserves at least 5 star in my opinion! It started right when we were about to check-in. There were many visitors, but we didn't have to wait for long. They were able to expedite the check-in process well. The receptionist crew were super friendly, and really spent the extra mile to engage in exciting conversations with you. They provided us with a refreshing welcome drink as well. The facilities of the resort seemed quite complete. They all seemed to be very well maintained. The room was spacious and very clean, and the front desk was always very accommodating to fulfil any requests. The restaurant was very nice and the crew were very helpful. The food variety was great and the taste was good. They paid attention to details too, they had heater for their swimming pool so everyone could enjoy the not-so cold temperature of the water. They have movie nights that you shouldn't miss, plus the free pop-corn. The view was beautiful, and we couldn't miss to see the sunrise! We were able to see Bali as well! I would say that this was one of the best hotels that I've stayed at! I'd definitely stay here again for the next trip to Banyuwangi! Grand Dafam Signature Surabaya is located at kayoon street, near Submarine monument, delta plaza, hokky supermarket, and the best branch of warung bu kris. In my opinion, it has a 5-star interior class because the design really looks luxurious. Upon entering the hotel, we first dropped our luggage at the drop-off and then proceeded to the parking lot. The parking lot actually can accommodate a lot of cars, it's just that that day was full because there was an event. The check-in process was no problem and fast, given 2 room keys. The lobby interior is very charming with a touch of dark, grey and gold colour combinations. The building materials used are also quite expensive. We used the elevator to get to our room. The corridor is too dark so the interior is not highlighted. I hope they can add some downlight lighting. Entering the room, it turns out that the key has been given in the key tag so the room is already cold and very comfortable. The rooms are quite spacious, the interior is dominant in wood and grey colours and the facilities are quite complete. The honeymoon set request was granted, and given an elephant art towel and a strawberry cake slice (thank you Grand Dafam). The room is quite clean, unfortunately, there is one spot on our bedside table where dry watermarks have not been cleaned. Mattress size is 2x2 meters with a bed runner, 2 pillows, 2 bolsters and 2 decorative pillows. The mattress was in excellent condition and very comfortable to use so we could rest well. The floor uses granite tiles but the mattress area is equipped with carpet so that when you get out of bed your feet stay warm. Rooms are equipped with armchairs, comfortable chairs and work desks Minibar, TV with HDMI port, SDB, alarm clock, slipper, laundry bag, and a luggage rack. Complimentary 2 bottles of drinking water, tea sachets and coffee are also provided. The bathroom is not too spacious but has a travertine colour with good ambience lighting. The shower is only a hand shower without a rain shower. There is a see-through glass in the room but it is equipped with a roller blind for cover. The amenities of Budi Jaya's production and the packaging are very elegant in black and gold. Other facilities include a semi-indoor semi-outdoor swimming pool of sufficient size, a very minimalist kids club, a podium with synthetic grass, a gym with complete equipment with a life fitness brand but locked, and a restaurant that is quite spacious with a luxury interior. What's even more surprising is that the emergency stairs are painted with a peacock motif. Breakfast is served as a buffet with service hours from 06.00 to 10. It's not difficult to get a seat because the restaurant has a lot of seating. In my opinion, the food variants are complete even for 5 stars and the taste is very suitable for my tongue, especially the Asian food. The types of food include Fresh juice and healthy drink, chilled juice and infused water, coffee and tea, slice fruit, salad bar, buffet line (fried rice with sausage, fried vermicelli, stir-fried long beans, green chilli chicken, fish with sambal match, various chilli sauces, various crackers, Indomie, sausage and egg corner, porridge, western food (potatoes, tomatoes, beans), yellow rice, gluten chicken soup, bakery pastry, French toast, ice cream, cookies, cereal, Madura porridge, pudding.

Service was great. Helpful and hardworking staffs. Pak Beny gave us special cake for our stay. Delicious breakfast, especially their fried rice. It's our second stay at Harris Satelit and they're still impressive.

It was an awesome experience to spend my new year holiday in this 18th floor hotel room for 4d3n. That was so high, I can see Suramadu and queue of cars at entrance of Tunjungan Plaza from my large window. I have no complain for my room and the bathroom. The 100k laundry for 12 peices was cheap and helpful. Just fyi, the phone in the room is unable to make an outgoing call but you can use the phone in the lobby by asking the front desk. The breakfast was various, they serve a traditional and western menu, I love their traditional snack corner so I can try the local food in my short trip right on my breakfast. Thank you Aria Centra and staff for a fabulous hospitality !

Short gateaway from Surabaya. Room was super clean. They provide healthy environment that support healthy protocol to avoiding Covid. Food was awesome, various and delicious. Hotel area also Connected to Shopping Centre named Gressmall. Will be back again someday.

The hotel area is very large, but we can park the car near our room so it's easier when loading the luggage. The pool area is also quite spacious. The atmosphere in the hotel area is so cool and comfortable.

Very nice resort near Ijen. The late checkout at 12 allows visiting Ijen in the night / early morning, be back for breakfast, and even take a few hours of sleep. The big swimming pool was a plus, very nice to recover from the very warm temperature.

Family of 5 people. We stayed 3nights in 2 x family triple room. Staff was good, hotel was old but clean and well maintained. It is complete with family entertainment such as garden, apple picking field tour, waterbomb, swimming pools, gym etc. The view from the restaurant was awesome. We love it!

Strategic location, on the main road of Batu. It has traditional theme. I can park in front of my room. It also has a lot of facilities, such as swimming pool for children and adult, playground, and sports field. The breakfast was served good. Love it.

A charming old world style hotel amidst greenery and located in the heart of Blitar. The Alun Alun. And the train station are within walking distance: the main attraction of Blitar Pres Sukarno’s tomb complex is also not too far away by car. I had a wonderful 2 night stay at the hotel. I opted for Indonesian cuisine for my daily breakfast and there were ample options to choose from. The service was very friendly and personal. they took the trouble to address me by name. I had tea with local Cakes served one afternoon. Compliments of the hotel: The room was comfortable with air conditioning . I think this is the best accommodation choice in Blitar.

What a delightful stay! And surely will come back again. The view is authentic yet fresh and calm. The room is huge, with a superb high-quality interior. But. I found the towel was slightly dirty, though I bring my own so it's not a problem. The food is delicious. No boring standard like everyday breakfasts. Everything is on point and tasty. I taste everything from nasi goreng, mie goreng, stir fried veggies, the hash brown is perfect (crispy outside so tender on the inside), and even the sausage is good. Coffee is not bad, but it could do better. And the hygiene could be improved better, I saw the fruit station is not covered properly. Overall. The staff is friendly enough, I like the guy from the front office who advised me to upgrade from superior to deluxe. I forget his name, but he's very friendly and helpful also. The room service is fast. Took only 3 minutes after I hang up my phone, and the mineral water I requested arrived. 👍.

Very suitable private place to celebrate our second honeymoon. The view of the mangrove forest and the beach so beautiful. The bungalow are very cozy, comfort, clean, and of course romantic.
