I enjoyed my stay here. The room is clean. Thee bed sheets and pillows are brand new. The breakfast is excellent but the restaurant is too narrow with tons of guests. They need bigger space.

This hotel is really comfortable, the staff are friendly, the breakfast food is also delicious, you can really eat it. Clean hotel, super comfortable rooms, perfect 🥹🙏🏻

Stayed here with my family, the breakfast was really delicious, the rooms were comfortable, there were no shortcomings at all. If you go on holiday to Malang again, you will definitely want to go to Alana again.

New hotel, comfortable and modern rooms (smart TV and Google Call), nice interior, decent service because even though it's still not running smoothly, I think the staff is trying. My only impression is that this 4 star hotel is a bit forced in terms of facilities and space because the swimming pool is small, parking is minimal, and the restaurant location for breakfast is also narrow. So it may be more suitable for guests with business interests or a couples holiday rather than a family holiday.

Cukup menyenangkan menginap di Alana Malang, walau tdnya ekspektasi seperti Alana Solo, hanya sayang permintaan untuk connecting door tidak dapet dipenuhi walau pesan udah jauh hari, pesan kasur double bed juga cuma dapet kasur twin bed disatuin jadi agak kurang nyaman, tp so far so good, akses menuju hotel mudah, cukup dekat ke bandara dan mudah cari kuliner di seputar hotel
