Sangat menyenangkan menginap di sini sehingga saya ingin menginap lagi di hotel ini. Waktu itu saya mengajukan beberapa special request seperti: early check in jam 12 siang, baby bed, non smoking room dan room di lantai yang tinggi, begitu check in jam 12:30, kamar saya sudah ready lengkap dengan baby bed di dalamnya. Menu sarapan nya lengkap, rasanya enak dan suasana restonya nyaman. Pelayanan pun sangat ramah dengan proses check in dan check out yang sangat cepat. Terima kasih. Namun satu masukan: ada sedikit noda di sprei saya waktu itu. Semoga untuk kebersihan bed dapet ditingkatkan lagi.

The rooms are comfortable and aesthetic, the service is so-so, the staff are less prepared to use a coffee maker than an electric kettle so it's quite troublesome to learn. Unfortunately the food is not delicious.

The food menu is delicious and varied. But the rooms are narrow. The lights flickered as if they were going to go out. I really wanted to call housekeeping because it was already late. The bathroom accessories are not complete for a 4 star hotel. Only a shower cap, toothbrush and sanitary bag.
