I think my overall experience still be the same, it was a pleasant stay, and always satisfied with the team's friendly and warm welcoming you when you arrived, I don’t need to wait for a long time to check-in, and the team very responsive when you need this and that. Also this my second time tried the mobile key feature which is very awesome that you can have a key in your mobile phone also a chat feature that connects you to the hotel directly.

The room is quite enough for two person, the bathroom is clean and the hot water is working well. What I like is the coridor was clean, smell good, and they have connecting music while I am refil the water. So this is my first time find a Big Hotel with water dispenser coridor/outside the room, mostly in hostel/homestay. That was good so you will never ever thirsty in room when you forgot to buy mineral water outside. 8/10 for overall.

Honestly, it's an old hotel, but I've been here and for me this hotel is affordable and good and safe. Two stars with facilities exceeding 2 stars. The friendliness of the staff, and clean rooms and perfect working equipment. Unfortunately, when I visited, the lift was not working so had to take the stairs. However, for me, this hotel is very good for me at a very affordable price. Thanks to Ms. Rina, you have served with a sincere heart, with a smile and open arms. You deserve a star. Never came back again to this place! The receptionist kind of unfriendly and have bad attitude. The rooms that they have are very different from the picture. The only room that similar with the picture is in the highest floor, when we came the room not ready yet and kind of scary. The bed that we have is dirty and the towel not hygienic. We cannot take a shower because the water pressure is really low and we cannot lock the door at all. We booked for 4 night but decide to check out immediatelly in the same day that we check in because we can't endure this OYO anymore. The price is pricey for the low quality they served. We're very dissapointed. Before you choose this OYO please read this review. Thanks!
