When I made a reservation, I requested a King Bed room, but when I checked in I was given a twin bed. Even though I had already made a request, when I asked for a king bed at the reception, they said I had to add IDR 150,000, even though usually everywhere if the room is still the same type you can choose a king or twin. Why did the receptionist ask me to add IDR 150,000?

Our second time staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly, professional, and responsive but the facilities of the family room we chose were poorly maintained. The sink was clogged, the AC was not cold enough, and the towels were worth replacing. Hopefully they can be upgraded. In general, I enjoyed the stay here.

In the room I got, the AC was not cold and it didn't even feel like it, I complained to CS but 1 hour later the engineer just came to the room, after checking he said to wait a minute, I waited for the next 3 hours but there was no information whatsoever. until finally I asked to move rooms.
