I was very surprised by the poor presentation of breakfast and it was not like before, especially because all the food served was cold and poor quality. Hope other attendant not buy breakfast voucher.

Nice place, in town and easy to go everywhere.

Location is perfect. Food was great a lot of good variety of traditional dishes! All staff are very friendly and helpful! Especially: Mr. Oktan Hutasoit is very nice person to help around and gave the best service during our stay. Thank you 🙏🏼.

Pretty comfortable hotel room for 3 nights we stayed in Medan Marriott celebrating my Dad 80th birthday and the staff pretty helpful organising the event.

Although it's an old hotel but my guest from Korea loves it because of convenient and strategic location. Maybe need to do some renovations at the outside of the hotel in the future.

Overall stay was nice. The only problem is the car park. Even for long stay guest like me don't have space for parking due to event. And the worst case was, the event was held on the next day but they already closed the car park for tomorrow event. Need to consider the regular and loyal guest compare to event.

The hotel is just OK, not the best and not the worse too when I compare with other 3 star hotel that I've been try, the things who made me little bit disappoint during the check in I've request for breakfast box due to my flight bit early and I have to leave the hotel at 7: 00 am, they said they able to do it even though just bread and jam OK with that, but during check out there is no one give me that breakfast box.
