This hotel exceed my expectations. At first I wasn't sure if this is a good hotel since it was my first time. There 's nothing much from outer building. The design just so so. But then I realized it has a ballroom and plenty of parking lot. The cleanliness is superb and as soon as you step in the lobby you know that this is a gold hotel. Check in process is one of the quickest in my experience and no deposit money needed. The room is spacious, with complete amenities, and a safe deposit box. The air con works very well and easy to setting. The breakfast is also good with plenty of choice and tastes good. The wifi is another plus point since many other hotel has poor wifi connection. The pool is one minus point in my opinion. Because the water is quite dirty when I was stay there. But they provide you with a swimming towel just ask the receptionist. So far overall is very good and I'm planning to come back. Oh one things that I note that this hotel have much more western tourist than other hotel in city center.

Recommended hotel buat transit, kamar luas dan bersih, price to room facilities worth bngt buat transit, dpt free shuttle jam 4 pagi buat penerbangan shubuh, staff ramah dan fasilitas umum bersih terjaga.
