We were not able to check-in on time but the staff accommodated our request for late check out. Breakfast was great! Even though it was a plated meal but it was hearty and filling.

It was a home away from home. Big room& clean hotel. Staff was excellent & breakfast was great. Smiling & courteous staff. Big parking space. Wifi is good. bed& pillow are comfortable

staying at Tsai Hotel with my friends is an awesome experience. we were relaxed and assured that everything we needed are readily provided. they accommodated their guests well. I love to go back here and stay with my love ones. 😊

The place is cozy and very accessible. We like how near it is to malls, churches and ATMs. There's even a pharmacy beside the hotel. The staff are friendly. Regardless of the purpose of travel, this is a good place to be.

We had the most pleasant stay. The room was perfect, spotless. Staffs were very friendly and accommodating, I commend everyone at 18 Suites. We will definitely come back here. The location was perfect, near to all the shops, resto. It was worth the stay😊

It is a great place to stay. The staff are very accommodating and always wear smiles on their faces 😁 The room is cozy and cleaned everyday. The linens, towels and tissue are also changed every day of your stay. There is also a mini vault inside the room so you're sure that your valuable items are kept safe (you'll the one who will decide the passcode). The wifi is good too, no lag during my stay.

Good value for money. Clean, and easily accessible. Staff are honest. During final checking (prior to our check out), the housekeeping staff found my watch under the pillows, they notified the front desk staff and gave back the item to me.

The staff are very accommodating and prompt whenever you needed something. We'll be glad to be back in this hotel in the future and will be highly recommended to family and friends.
