Staying at bumi surabaya city resort issa great choice! Near from tp, located in the city center, good services, great food & restaurants, the cleanliness is very good. Even the atmosphere so nice, feel like not being in Surabaya, bcss in there are lots of trees in the hotel, the air is fresh and beautiful 🤩 highly recommended to staying at here! Nice hotel. Clean and comfy rooms with bright colors. Easy to check in no need to pay deposit. Easy to using wifi. Good service. I got the free upgrade room with the promo price from app! A living room with city views, a minibar with mini fridge, a toilet, a master bedroom, a large bathroom with separated closet and shower room completed with bathtub. Many power sockets, functional lamps, 2 TV, functional towels, completed with bolsters, a bath salt, 2 pairs of comfy sandals, 4pcs tea and coffee compliments, a weight measure, a hairdryer, locker, and bath clothes also. always like to the pay attentions for details and decorated towels also on the bed. Nice pools views and breakfast rooms also. Recommended to come back again to stays here💖

The room is amazing! The living room is huge. Family friendly. All rooms have kitchen. Only cons is that the hotel do not provide iron and iron board to use. They only do pressing service 3 pieces for Rp40,000.

The location is only a few light walks away from Tunjungan Plaza, which is nice. The room itself is nice and a proper rest is possible here. I applaud the shower too which has functioning partition door to separate it from the toilet. For this price, its really good!

Second time stay at this hotel. just stay vacation with my beloved family during long weekend. only at Surabaya because of pandemic & we decided to stay at here. this hotel is very comfort, clean, we enjoy it very much. we choose space room & I think this room is suitable for big family. in the morning, breakfast is delicious, we like it. the last but not the least this hotel have implemented health protocols well. so don't worry if you want to stay at this hotel. this hotel is one of the best choice hotel if you want to vacation but still in Surabaya with family.

Their staff is very nice and helpful. My son got sick in midnight and the staff offered me to take my son to the hospital. Facility, the bed is really comfortable. Breakfast is okay.

The hotel is great for a short escape. The location is very strategic, the room is wide and clean, the service is excellent! They gave me a non-smoking room as I requested and I am so grateful for that. And what great next is that they gave guests a reusable and refilled water bottle and glasses so that no plastic wasted. Go Green!
