Friendly and helpful staff, cheap price

First here the staff is not friendly, asked for another 45k money, if not then you can't stay overnight. The door is broken, can't be locked from the outside, ordered a king bed that got twin beds, the TV is broken, check out is later than 12 o'clock (I did at 3 pm) ordered to pay 50k. Next time don't come here again. Oh yeah, for expensive food prices, 18k pop noodles.

Not clean enough, lots of gaps at the door, under the table, a little bathroom water, and the room looks musty.
