We love the balcony. It was a perfect spot to enjoy fireworks at new year's night.

The bedroom looked exactly like the pictures. Nice service, good environment, pretty delicious food. No need to worry because the location is easy to find, and is located very close to a few famous universities.

The hotel is located on a side street with ample parking. Hotel facilities outside the rooms and inside the rooms are complete, clean, well-maintained and cheap prices. Hotel staff are very friendly and ready to help anytime. If I go to Yogya, I will stay here again.

Even you still need to work from home during pandemic, no need to worry to stay here when you've business trip schedule, high speed of WiFi & calm situation, support you to have most comfortable workspace just like in your own home Does this place serve good food? I always love home-cooked food beyond others while traveling, and here Mbak Diah will always ready to serve you 6 star home-cooked food I have stayed at some of the best hotels around the country and world and Ndalem Gusti Ayu is right up there with them. Your staff is one of the most professional & passionate. Your Front Desk Mbak Diah & Mas Bagio is very courteous who can always make our stay comfort and takes the feedback about the stay at all the times which is most important in the hospitality. I'm incredibly happy with kind of service I get all the times. Keep up the good work !

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The room look exactly like the pics. Kinda smart budget hotel. Small but comfy. Cleanness is good. The foods are various enough. Fast service response. They have smoking room too in every floor. Over all is ok.

This accommodations is worth the price! I'm amaze by the owner's hospitality and cleanliness. They have kitchen for guest and also they let me used their scanner when I really need to scan my document. Definitely worth to stay here again. pros: very friendly staff, cleanliness, fast wifi, public kitchen, hot water work properly, spacious room, electric kettle, air circulation and sun lightning is very good (they have balcony and big window!) cons: actually, I have no complain for the services and facilities. the only thing that disturb is a really noisy group of guests.
