The bedding has quite a lot of small stain, the flor quite dirty, but I guess that 's what you payed for.

The room is nice & clean. I hope they can maintain it well so when I come again next time it's still in a good condition. Many hotels doesn't care about maintenance. The hotel is quite busy with some groups (2-3 buses group) and the hotel only has 1 small elevator. Really appreciate if they can add one more at least. The rooftop restaurant doesn't look good as it's in the picture. It's much smaller and the cigarette smoke is the main disturbance there. It's a pity. But overall, I like the hotel 👍🏻

This hotel have a good location, helpful and humble staff, many attraction (waterpark). The room is clean and spacious, and one more. Breakfast has a good and various menu and friendly for kids. I recommend this hotel, if you have a plan to vacation with your family including kids, this hotel is good choice.

The family room is spacious. I love the carpet, clean and comfort. Twin bed are large. Full amenities. It 's located near Lippo Mall and Siloam Hospital.

All in good, but not perfect.

Recommend for your family. Near Ambarukmo Plaza.

Too long waiting rooms are ready, my fam exhausted and still waiting until 15:30 from promises 14:00, staff not 100 % friendly.
