Check in took such a long time because they don't recognize any booking from app. The room we had booked was unavailable, so the front desk officer offered an upgrade -- an upgrade where we had to pay the price difference. I had to explain to her what an upgrade means just so she would understand that if she were to offer an upgrade, it should be of no additional payment since the error is not on the customer's side. After having the issue sorted, however, she was gracious enough to apologize. The room was lovely, but the bathroom looked like it was still under construction. Aircon worked well, and we had a peaceful rest. The workers around the hotel were very hospitable.
