Villas in Sanur

Hotel was under renovation and closed. Then, we were moved to other one still in the same area with uncomfortable environment but the room itself was fine. Swimming was not ready yet at around 8am, staff was still cleaning it and put cheminal which was very strong smell.

Love this hotel. Very clean & fast response. Not stingy & always love to serve very well. Gonna back to this place soon. Thank you very much for serving food very early due to my daughter event.

We had a nice stay at Prima Plaza Hotel Sanur. The accommodation was spacious, clean, beautiful, and had various facilities from swimming pool to the gym. The staff was very kind. The location was excellent; Only 5 minutes walk to Sanur beach. We also liked the buffet breakfast very much. Many options were available from traditional Balinese cuisine, Indonesian, and Western cuisine.

Old big hotel but good. If you like history you can google it. It has a good history. Good price also. Just need llittle bit renovation will be great. Need more staff so if we need assistance will be handeled fast. The room comfortable and quite clean just need new aircon. The pool facility quite good but too fast for closed so will be no pool guard and pool towel after 6.30pm. Actually the sign said closed at 7pm. And need cleaning and renovation too.

Unpleasant experience. Went to bamboo beach bar for sunset drinks & most of staff are unfriendly & unhelpful. The rest are fine.

Nice room and clean, helpful staff.

The room was surprisingly big for such a cheap price. But there was no hot water for shower, and cleanliness wasn't their forte. Location was amazing, 5mins walk from the port if you wanna go to Nusa Penida. Overall it was good, 8 outta 10.

The hotel was amazing, nice staffs, nice and clean room with great amenities. We stayed in the jacuzzi room and it was the right choice, our toddler loves it so much. The breakfast was great and it was close to the beach (around 10 min walking).
