It is a great location for trams and trains being so close to Southern Cross Station and easy access to the Skybus as well. Room was basic but comfortable and clean and staff were friendly. However the heater is too noisy for me to sleep well.

Good location, easy access. A lot of restaurant, pub and bar within walking distance. In front of the hotel is the batman park tram stop.

Such a lovely experience. The staff, Ms. Bintang was very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, the bathroom was recently renovated and the view from the balcony was amazing. Will come back for sure.

Location is great near Southern Cross Railway only 5 minutes walk and space of the apartment is huge. Rate also worthed!

Grear central location - close to Skybus, Southern Cross Station, shops and eateries and City's attraction. Fast check-in and check-out. Lobby and corridors are nicely done. Room is ok.. For a 4.5 star hotel, should have upgraded the room amenities to be more modern. Cleanliness could be improved in the bathroom (glass shelves). Overall it is a good hotel.
