10 people stayed in the 3-bedroom unit: my mom, my brother, my sister & her husband & 3 children, my cousin, my husband, and me. We truly had a lovely time together. The rooms fit perfect for us. We cooked, we washed and dried our clothes, we watched movies, we swam, so many things we can do! The building management was kind enough to come to our room and give instructions on how to use the utilities at the unit. We stayed in other branches before, it's the same feel! We love it โค๏ธ Ascott never fails our big family staycation

It was a bad stay. I was literally sleeping when someone knocked on my door and even attempted to go inside. It was 11:30 PM, and the staff said they wanted to check on the AC, claiming it was broken before. I was rather angry with the situation, as the AC was completely normal. Aside from that, the surrounding rooms had rather eerie sounds and voices that kept me from sleeping that night. I woke up in an angry mood, unable to muster a smile for the staff, and drove away as soon as I could.

Location was great if you plan to go shopping in Thamrin City. A lot of food place nearby. Hotel breakfast was OK too. But room condition run down. Furniture and toilet should be upgrade. Bed sheet got stain. Towel not absorb water.
