The service needs to be improved, there is no towel in the bathroom. The towels are already bad, please replace them with new ones. When checking in, they asked for help to put the items directly in the room, but no one helped. The service employees are friendly. There is no bathroom mat, they forgot to give it or there really isn't one.

The location is strategic because it is in the city center and close to the mall, the only minus is the lack of staff, yes, from the beginning there should have been someone to help us unload our stuff, especially since we brought a lot of suitcases, there was no staff to help us at all, then the room was good, but the AC kept making noise and the blanket was dirty with lots of stains. For the first time entering, there should have been someone guarding the door because the door was a bit difficult to open when in the lobby, especially since we brought a lot of stuff and there was no staff to help us.

Staff was very nice, always ready to help and tried their best communicating in English. The downside is probably my standard of cleanliness. The bathroom sink was leaking and the shower had weird color marks on the wall.
