I have a wonderful experience during my 2 nights stay here. Everything just beyond perfect. Their customer complaint handling just spot on! First we planned to stay just for a night, but my daughter loved it here so we decided to spend another night here, we can do many things in this resort because they provide many activities as part of hotel facilities. They provide a tasty blackforest cake as a compliment for my birthday and they surprised me with a cute handcrafted towel as well, which a very thoughtful service they provide during my birthday staycation! Luxury villa resort, clean and comfort, friendly staff

Breakfast choice and taste are not up to a good standard. But other experiences are amazing. The bed is amazing and the room is super clean. I feel safe staying here during a pandemic.

What I like most is the view from my bedroom balcony. Overall everything is beautiful. But I'm slightly annoyed because the pool and playground is too far away, they're located in the separated building from the hotel so you need take a long route to go there. But it was beautiful. So counted the long walk as exercise.

Strategic location, on the main road of Batu. It has traditional theme. I can park in front of my room. It also has a lot of facilities, such as swimming pool for children and adult, playground, and sports field. The breakfast was served good. Love it.

Unexpected TV 43"in cheapest superior room. The kitchen dishes is tasty, above average. The view is beautiful. The rest is what you expect in Aston.

The hotel area is very large, but we can park the car near our room so it's easier when loading the luggage. The pool area is also quite spacious. The atmosphere in the hotel area is so cool and comfortable.

Family of 5 people. We stayed 3nights in 2 x family triple room. Staff was good, hotel was old but clean and well maintained. It is complete with family entertainment such as garden, apple picking field tour, waterbomb, swimming pools, gym etc. The view from the restaurant was awesome. We love it!

What a delightful stay! And surely will come back again. The view is authentic yet fresh and calm. The room is huge, with a superb high-quality interior. But. I found the towel was slightly dirty, though I bring my own so it's not a problem. The food is delicious. No boring standard like everyday breakfasts. Everything is on point and tasty. I taste everything from nasi goreng, mie goreng, stir fried veggies, the hash brown is perfect (crispy outside so tender on the inside), and even the sausage is good. Coffee is not bad, but it could do better. And the hygiene could be improved better, I saw the fruit station is not covered properly. Overall. The staff is friendly enough, I like the guy from the front office who advised me to upgrade from superior to deluxe. I forget his name, but he's very friendly and helpful also. The room service is fast. Took only 3 minutes after I hang up my phone, and the mineral water I requested arrived. 👍.
