Booked for Ranggawuni room about 10days ago, but when we checked in, the front office said my name is not on the list. So, they upgraded our booking into 1 bedroom villa as a complimentary. The view was great, the room was wide and clean with a fancy bathtub. Thank you Shanaya for making our stay unforgettable.

I don't regret staying here. The service is good & kind, the situation is calm and the rooms are clean & nice. I recommend if you guys stay there.

Don't recommend staying here, when you come there you are told to pay another 30k, especially if you bring a baby, the bed doesn't fit for two people, the window isn't private enough and the bathroom is dirty.
