Easy check in, the lady at the reception helped eventough it was quite crowded in the lobby waiting for check in at 15.00. Friendly staff. Excellent location near transportation options like MRT or bus. The hotel is just above Lavender MRT station. Good accessibility. There are plenty food options near the hotel area and a foodcourt just steps away. The check out time is quite early though (11am). The Room was spacious, we took the triple room consisting of one queen and one single bed. Bath room a bit small but clean. Hot water available. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast menu had various choices. Family friendly hotel.

Staffs are nice and friendly, rooms are very clean, for sure we will come back to this hotel.

The hotel is a great location with a bus stop just in front, and many dining places as well as shopping malls within a short walk. The hotel is very old though and the musty smell permeates the walls and corridors. I was given a corner room and by today 's hotel standards, the room is HUGE. It also had a lovely view and I appreciated that a lot. The corridor leading to the room however smelled bad so I had to hold my nose and hurry along each time. At night, there is a strong smell of cigarettes in the lobby because of a bar located there. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the king-size bed and four pillows. Had a good night 's sleep. The self-service laundromat was also useful although it costs $ 6 (need to exchange one-dollar coins with the hotel cashier counter) to use the washing machine and another $ 6 to use the dryer. The day staff, Siti, was very patient and helpful.

The Room is so old, less maintenance, found cocroach and the bed was uncomfortable, We check out earlier, paid for 3 nites for 3 rooms and just stayed for 1 nite and move to another hotel.

Great helpful staff. Little bit old hotel but good maintenance. But little bit disappointed about Not changing our bed sheets, despite I stay there for 4nights, so please hotel management without request guest, hopefully more than 2 nights juat changing the sheets please 🙏🏼. Please keep the clean and maintenance ya. Will be return.

The location is amazing. Shopping, food and, museums are right around the corner. The hotel is very near to the train stations and bus stops too, with a direct bus to Changi Airport, or a quick train ride there. The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. The room is cosy, although not very soundproof. I can hear people going in and out of their rooms. Toilet rolls would be more convenient than single-piece toilet paper. If there is a bidet, it would be perfect.

Comfortable, have drinking water in the room press yourself by water purifying machine. Near the main Orchard road. Need few minutes walk to MRT at plaza Singapura.
