The room has a bad smell. Toilet is not clean and smelly. The sink area is even dusty.

The room was clean and spacious enough to put our luggage. The toilet was good too. Nice hotel 😊.

The hotel is in good location, very near the Bras Basah MRT. However the hallway smelled like cigarette. The room cleanliness could be improved as there were hairs on my pillow case but the receptionist just told me it must be the housekeeping 's hair. (how does this make it any better, but the lady who told me this seems nice so I'll let this slide). I didn't want to make a fuss, so I didn't complain more. On the 3rd and 4th day, the AC seems broken and they told me it has been fixed from the central, then one of the receptionist fake laughed like "ha ha ha ha". It didn't seem colder, maybe by just 1 degree or so. Housekeeping threw away my toothpaste, not a single sorry and just handed me the toothbrush and said nothing. The staffs (especially the man and lady were very nice and helpful.). Will not be going back unfortunately.

The location was very strategic, quite close to the Bras Basah and Bencooleen MRT station. The room was OK and still of decent size, although there was a bit too much space on the lower part of the room door. The receptionists were just so so, although the guy was quite friendly and helpful.

Doesn't provide complimentary drinks, and hotel has a weird smell and toilet is not clean soap and tooth brush also don't have and have to go down and ask reception to give.

Room is pretty old. The toilet is smelly. Internet isn't stable, we had to endure a few hours without internet on our first day. The AC in the room is loud. There is no complementary water by default, and there was no toothbrush in the room till we asked for it, and they didn't bother to supply us with new ones on our second day. The one good thing is the location, it ' s close to 2 stations and there ' s a big bus station nearby.
