Power supply shut down from time to time. Lounge cafe service staff are really bad. Big bug inside bathroom. Long queue while waiting for lift, cause only use 1 lift from each wing.

Internet is slow. Room service is very bad. I book one big bed but they give me 2 twin bed.

The staff is not friendly, when we go inside the room look like they didn't clean, linen is itchy, TV is not working, wifi also terrible, and have cockroaches. Bad experience ever. I will not comeback here next time!

The place was nice. For some people, the name could be misleading. I tried to find"Favila Condotel", but nobody knows about it. If you decided to stay in this place, you should ask for"101 Newport Boulevard" and tell the receptionist you're staying at Favila 's unit.

The unit that we initially booked here in app was different from the actual unit we stayed in. They gave us a smaller unit in a condominium across which I believe is owned by the same owner in Sarasota. Checking in was swift but we were disappointed with the room. Instead of the 1BR we booked we were given a studio type. The unit was clean but it wasn’t satisfying. The aircon cannot cool the entire room thus we had to open the electric fan to cool ourselves. When we asked for it to be checked or repaired the utility said that’s really how it is so they can’t do anything about it. The bed was okay. There was a sofa, kitchen, dining table and bathroom. The bathroom has a heater though it was not so clean. They provided towels and shampoo plus soap. The towels smelled used already and it stinks when it dries which was weird. The bathroom didn’t have any bidet. It was an okay experience but will not go back anymore. Staying here for a night is bearable but if you will be here for weeks, I don’t recommend this place.

I book 1 month ago. When I arrived the room not ready because not clean yet. I am waiting for almost 2 hours before I check inn, and keep asking what time I check out even though the time of check out is noon. Not happy experience.

The last few check-in was challenging at the front desk. 1. not if I am given the right room as paid. 2. Being a Bon Voyage member means little especially if I booked through the app. 3. As a constant traveller time is limited. You come in the evening to check and you wait to be entertained and later after a long walk to the room you end up with non-functioning keys. Never mind that you come back down to change the cards then you wait in a queue. 4. I pay the same rate or equivalent as before but compared to then and now I don't enjoy good rooms.

Our stay was very welcoming, an excellent and friendly experience. I had made contact with the owners by phone and also by face to face. The staff members was very inviting and helpful too. Thank you kindly. We will definitely book and stay again 😊.
