How to Get There

Poring Hot Springs is situated approximately 136 kilometers from Kota Kinabalu (3 hours drive away). One can choose to either go by bus, take a taxi, or rent a car to get to Poring Hot Springs. Take a flight from KLIA to Kota Kinabalu which will take around 2 hours and 30 minutes to arrive at Kota Kinabalu International Airport. To get to this place from Kota Kinabalu, just drive in the direction to Kota Belud town and this drive will take around 2 hours and 50 minutes by using Jalan Ranau and arrive to Ranau Poring Hot Spring.

Butterfly Farm

The butterfly farm is the first butterfly farm in Borneo. It features a vast garden, nursery and hatchery for the purpose of education, research and preservation. It houses many types of species of butterflies range from different colours and sizes.

Poring Orchid Conservation Center

The Poring Orchid Conservation Center is the centre of the largest collection of Sabah orchids and also international species. There is about 1200 species of orchids and this place conserve and preserve orchids with precaution because orchid is very sensitive to different conditions.

Poring Canopy Walkway

The Poring canopy walkway is also a must visit for those who come to Poring Hot Springs.
