Putrajaya Wetlands Park Putrajaya Wetlands Park is the first artificial freshwater wetlands in Malaysia, consisting of 24 wetland cells, Wetlands Park (Taman Wetland) and the other Wetlands areas. This park is also a wildlife sanctuary which attracts a huge variety of animals to the combined terrestrial-aquatic wetland habitat. Putrajaya Botanical GardenClose to Istana Melawati (Malaysian royal palace) and can be reached within a short walking distance from Putrajaya Shangri-La Hotel, Putrajaya Botanical Garden Garden is the largest botanical garden in Malaysia, covering around 92 hectares of land. This park is divided into three main parts namely flower area, decorative plants area, and research area. It is both a local plant conservation area and a research and education centre. The admission to the garden is free. However, there is fees charged to enjoy other facilities at the park.
