Bandar Enstek is a new township in Labu, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. Bandar Enstek is a city lies between the boundaries of Selangor and Negeri Sembilan, which is less than a kilometre from the Selangor-Negeri Sembilan border. Across the border is the Sepang F1 Circuit and it is also near Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). The name of Bandar Enstek was taken in conjunction with the combination of NSTC (Negeri Sembilan). Bandar Enstek is a development of TH Properties joint venture with Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Sembilan (PKNNS). The town of Enstek was previously a palm oil area and surrounded by rubber trees. The city was first developed in 2002. With a total land area of 5,116 acres, it has 60,000 inhabitants. The first housing developed is Alamilenia and has a population of 150,000 people. Until now the city is actively developed for the convenience of the population. Many residential areas have been built. Among them are Cenderawasih, Jentayu and Timur @ enstek. Cenderwasih consists of terrace houses and double-storey houses. Jentayu comes with the bungalow houses. Whereas Timur @ enstek consists of mostly terrace and double-storey houses with their own distinctive designs. Besides residential, educational institutions and schools, Techpark is also established in Bandar Enstek aims to develop industrial centres. With the growth of all these sectors encourages this city to continue developing.

How to Get There

By Car

To reach Bandar Enstek from Kuala Lumpur city centre by car, head off to south via PLUS highway. In about 45 minutes to 1 hour driving, take the exit to Seremban and Nilai.

By Train

You can also get to Bandar Enstek by train. From KL Sentral or Integrated South Terminal (TBS) in Bandar Tasik Selatan, ride the speed train, Express Rail Link (ERL) to the nearest station to the city, which is KLIA. Then, ride a taxi that can take you to your destination in Bandar Enstek.

Tourist Attractions

Mitsui Outlet Park (MOP)

One most popular attraction in Sepang will definitely be Mitsui Premium Outlet. It is located about 6 kilometres away from KLIA. Unlike other common shopping malls that can be found in KL city centre, this MOP is based on a factory outlet concept. Almost similar to Johor Premium Outlet and Melaka Premium Outlet, MOP is occupied with various boutiques of upper-middle to high-end brands and products. In addition, there will be few seasons when the boutiques offers good promotions and discounts. MOP will be flooded with locals and foreign tourists especially during school holidays. The passengers who are waiting for their flights also can spend some times visiting MOP. They should not be worried about the transportation because there are shuttle buses operating every 15 minutes picking up and dropping off passengers from and to KLIA, KLIA2 and MOP.

Port Dickson Beach

Port Dickson beach is one famous retreat in Negeri Sembilan. It only takes an hour drive from Kuala Lumpur. Port Dickson beach is always flooded with tourists, especially on weekends or long school holidays. Among the popular activities on Port Dickson beach include swimming, speed boat rides, snorkelling and more. It is an ideal place for a holiday with family members and children. The children is going to love the white sandy beach. Among the activities that are suitable for children include building sand castles, horse riding, swimming, running around the wide open spaces and many more.
