Good to stay at Leverage Hotel, the location is strategic but unlucky there is no refrigerator at our room.

The staff is unfriendly and there’s no parking lot for guest.

I've made the reservation and I am not stated that I want the smoking/ non-smoking room. During the check-in, as I came at night, the only room that available was a smoking room. As I entered the room, I can smell a very unpleasant smoke smells. I would like to recommend, either it is a smoking/ non-smoking room, the hotels management needs to put the air freshner to remove all the unpleasant odors in case the customers is not comfortable with the smoke odor. Next is the toilet. It needs proper ventilation, as after I took my bath, the vapor comes out from the toilet as there is a fire n make sure that the bed sheet is in a good & clean condition. That's all.

Please app take action against this hotel. When I was about to check in I understood that there was no room available and they claimed that I had registered a room in a different hotel even though I had made the payment last March. The hotel informed that it will return my payment within 3 working days. Please app take note of the matter.

room looked like in picture clean, spacious and comfy.

Hotel easy to access. Not far from Malaysia-Singapore border. Many restaurant dan food court around hotel.

This hotel is not existing at all. There is no update on the property of the app.

Noisy room due to beside aircon compressor.

staff are friendly, bed and room are nice and have lot of parking space ... just the bathroom only built in like cube attach not fully built up to roof... so you can hear clearly when use the toilet... otherwise it worth the money if you just stay to sleep...
