To claim your insurance, simply request reschedule via Traveloka app. Price difference and reschedule fee will be automatically deducted from your total charge.

Insurance is eligible for Reschedulable flights.

Insurance covers the rescheduling of the travel date no more than 7 (seven) days before the original departure date or no more than 30 days after the original departure date.

To receive the insurance coverage, reschedule should be made for ALL pax.

Insurance is only applicable for regular reschedule.

The latest to submit reschedule is 24 hours before the original departure date (subject to airlines policy)

Insurance does not cover ancillaries, add-on fees (e.g. baggage), paid amount using Traveloka points and Traveloka vouchers, and rescheduling due to, including but not limited to, cancellation or rescheduling by airlines or government, travel sanction and limitation, and terrorist attack.

Once your booking is complete, the Insurance Policy will be sent to your email.

Insurance purchase is non-refundable.

You should inform Qoala of any updates or changes in your policy details (i.e., wrong input on personal data). Failure to update to the latest details will cause your policy to be deemed invalid when you need to make a claim. To do so, contact Qoala directly to request Policy Endorsement.

DISCLAIMER: When you request for a reschedule using this insurance, your personal information (i.e. your old and new flight E-ticket, your payment receipt, and your identity card/KTP) will be shared with the Insurer for claiming purposes.
