Free ride is only applied to or from Soekarno-Hatta (CGK) airport.

Only adult passengers are entitled to Chauffeur‑drive service and one adult is entitled to one car.

Maximum capacity per sedan is 4 passengers, with a total luggage limit of 2 suitcases plus 1 carry‑on bag. This is subject to change based on local regulatory requirements.

Your driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes after your scheduled pick‑up time.

Additional charges apply if a larger vehicle or child or infant car seat is required.

You can travel further than the mileage limit for an extra fee. Simply pay our Chauffeur‑drive partner directly before you start your journey. They will be in touch within 96 hours before your flight departs and will either send a payment link to the email address in your booking, or they may give you a call. In most cities the option to pay the extra fee to the chauffeur on collection is not available.

Chauffeur‑drive service is not available in conjunction with Skywards Business and First Class Classic Rewards and Economy to Business Class upgrades.
