Passengers must have itinerary that is booked with Traveloka, with flights originating from Indonesia and transiting via Singapore onto any flight ticketed and operated by any airline to any beyond destination during the campaign period, to be eligible for the campaign.
2.
Travel itineraries must have Indonesia as the point-of-origin. Flights to Singapore from Indonesia must be direct flights.
3.
The travel itinerary must contain at least one transit flight that is a layover in Singapore and is shorter than 24 hours.
4.
Passengers must purchase tickets between 03 April 2024 and 30 June 2024 (both dates inclusive) and must be travelling between 06 April 2024 and 31 March 2025 (both dates inclusive).
5.
Passengers must not have used their booking itinerary to collect for other Changi Airport Shop & Dine Privileges campaigns.
6.
Passengers with flights issued over two or more booking reference numbers are to submit just one form for their entire trip and attach all booking confirmations or e-tickets in the submission.
7.
Passengers must be above 2 years old at the point of collection form submission.
8.
Passengers must submit their collection form online at least 3 days before departure from Indonesia.
9.
