How to Apply
1. Go to Motor Insurance
Start by opening Insurance product on Traveloka App. Then, select Motor Insurance.
2. Fill Out Your Motorcycle Details
Tell us all about your motorcycle! From its brand, model, manufacturing year and license plate region.
3. Upload photos and documents
Snap the photos of your motorcycle (front and back)) and upload your STNK or BASTK.
4. Complete your payment
Choose your preferred payment method and follow the instructions and prompts on the screen.
5. Get approval
That’s it! You will receive your motor insurance policy and certificate via email within 24 hours.How to Claim

All claim report must be submitted within 5 days after the occurrence of loss. Customer will need to prepare the required documents such as ID card, STNK, driver’s license and insurance policy number.
