It was fair stay here, room was clean, but there wasn't safety box. Also TV didn't work at all but it was no issue for me. Also key system of building's entrance was broken, so I minded in terms of security. Staffs are kind, but be careful if you check in late night because front desk open 8AM to 10PM.

The room looked exactly like the picture, spacious, comfy, cool aircon, and super clean. Fit for honeymoon because very quiet. Near restaurant and mini market but a bit far from Ben Than market, you must use taxi or grab. The apartmen not ini the main street.

The room is beautiful, clean and airy, the soundproofing is not very good because it is separated from the next room by 2 doors. Although there was some problem with the water system when I stayed here, you guys proactively handled it so both sides were happy. Hotline number but no one answered the phone, I didn't get a response until 9am when I inboxed the page. I checked out 5 hours late and informed you in advance, but the regulations required me to transfer the extra fee first before allowing me to stay in the room instead of paying at check out. Maybe you follow the rules but it will make customers feel uncomfortable and not very friendly.
