The hotel supports enthusiastically, the reception is very cute, every morning someone cleans the room, but the soundproofing room is not good, in the evening, my room often hears children crying. Nice view, good room, but I hope the hotel can fix the bathroom door to make it more discreet, because I'm with other people, but when I take a shower, the outside will feel blurry, I personally find it a bit not private. However, I will still come back to this place when I have the opportunity to come to Da Lat again.

I stayed here in 3N2D, the hotel is very clean and quiet, the receptionists are super cute and friendly, if I have the opportunity to come back to Da Lat, I will definitely visit again.

The hotel has beautiful new equipment, especially 2 very beautiful views. 1 view towards the city, 1 view can see the mountains and forests of Da Lat. Staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. You guys have helped me a lot in facilitating online learning while traveling. My family had a wonderful vacation. Thank you for what Rose Valley has brought us

I booked 4 days 3 nights at this hotel. The experience was really bad, the hotel didn't clean the room for 2 days in a row, asked the hotel staff on the first day they said it was too crowded so they couldn't clean it in time, the second day you said you had to notify the front desk to know how to clean it. room. Too bad I gave up my 3rd night here to find another hotel. Really bad experience
