Because of my personal schedule, I had to change my stay. According to the app, the hotel has no cancellation or rescheduling policy. However, after I texted the hotel, the hotel freely agreed to let me change the date for free. 10 VND for service and enthusiasm.

Disrespect customers lead customers to wake up while sleeping to clean a room. Impolite Toilet stuffy not handled. Please refund now or I would like to change hotel tonight

Clean rooms are not clean, blankets pillow to bed is not clean, scent lifts say clean but slow, 4-person room only for 2 bottles of springs. There are flower pots without flowers standing around and waiting for the children to play safely without cleaning. In short, very disappointed.
