Phung Nghi Guesthouse

I will not come to this guest house again. The guest was not nice, bad service . When I arrived this guest house in the afternoon (around 5pm), nobody was at reception counter. Then there was a lady came out and said that I only was accepted to stay here tonight, the next day I had to move to the other hotel as she had arranged it already. She said she forgot to inform agent about their guest house was full the next day. It was ok for me. When I got the double room as they showed me. The room was not the same as much as it was posted on your website (25 square meters). The windows was opposite the wall of the next house. So it was not much fresh air could come into room. The closet was smelly. I asked them to change to another room but they said it would be cost more money because they still had only the room got two beds. Low point: At night around 10pm they turned off the lights for staircase. The price was quite expensive. High point: near by the local market
