The room was clean and big enough. The elevator was out of service when I was there 😅. The door is not automatically locked. Great location!

Affordable, good location and easy to find. Spacious room and toilet. Only downside is the weak WIFI connection

The check in was very smooth, the manager allowed us to check in earlier as soon as we arrived. The room is quite small but we just used for sleep at night so it was ok. However, the only minus point is that you can hear every single sounds from outside the room. It was too noisy when people kept closing and opening the door and the staffed talking. Overall is ok.

That was probably one of the worst treatments and customer service we have received during our one-year trip around Asia. we wanted to prolong our stay for one night, so we talked about it with receptionist the day before. we were promised the same room, but apparently always greedy Vietnamese did not reserve the room for us apart and the next day they told us we have to pay a double if we want to stay at the property or move out in half an hour (it was only just before the noon when they noticed us about everything). we had to cancel or tour and moat of all daily activities to move out and look for another place to stay with a bitter taste remaining for the rest of the day. They also had some cleaning issues and not all the facilities were according to the description. please take double care while choosing this place.

The hotel staff were kind and attentive. There was a mixed up in the tour my friend and I availed but they helped us in arranging it. The room was clean as well as the toilet and shower room.

The place was clean, cozy beds, clean mattresses and with very accommodating staff. The location is walking distance from the night market and shopping areas.

The rooms are cheap but the comfort is excellent, plus were able to share experience and tips with other travelers.
