Clean, comfortable, close to the market should travel conveniently

I just spent 4 nights at this hotel, this is an assessment scale from my personal perspective: Facilities: For me personally, there are nozzles, water heaters, hot water sinks, paper towels, lamps full is ok (A little missing the fridge but it doesn't matter). Clean: 2 people a day to clean the bed sheet once. But the sausage casings were on the floor, and the trash of the previous guests was still intact. Service: The hotel does not specify a time, I have noted that I will come earlier and accept surcharges, but it is still heavy. This place is not free hours, feel like traveling but like students hitchhike. while other places are late okay. This is just me. Very annoying. Location: I like the walk to the market, this is a bit far. But taking a taxi to the market is only VND 12k. Next to the deserted house a little scared, small alley again. Finally, there is no ghost here, you guys are scared to relax.
