First, after booking the room, I texted the contact number to ask for real photos because most of the photos the owner posted were one thing, arriving at the house was another, but the owner did not respond to me. (unexpectedly, the room was only 80% similar to the photo). When the day arrived, because I arrived in Vung Tau quite early, I called directly to ask for an early check-in. The owner spoke in a very careless manner, probably because I needed it :))). When you finished, you told the staff to call, the second staff member also said that if you check in early, there will be a surcharge, okay, it's okay because before, when I checked in early, there would also be a surcharge, but the way you said it made me very uncomfortable. Only the staff member took us up to check in, which was ok. When booking a room, the house can clearly state the amenities to use, including karaoke, so I asked the staff if he would tell you to help me check in early, this is how he answered me 👇🏻. If there are no utilities, what is the point of posting a house? And I just stayed at The Song not more than 1 month ago and still used another house that Green House said was from Tet ☺️. At this time, checking in was different, I was already quite uncomfortable with the amenities not being used, but I was even more uncomfortable when the room was very dirty, from wherever the blankets, pillows, and mattresses were, dust shot up. The sofa was dirty and covered with a cloth. I don't know if the bed sheet was washed or not, hanging all over the balcony. It was quite damp. I rented an apartment with a balcony to feel comfortable, but it was unbearably stuffy. The house pot I used still had streaks like when washed, but because I didn't intend to rate it, I didn't take a photo. On the final day of checkout, he checked the room and told me to just close the door when I left. After a while, he turned back and asked, "Haven't you checked out yet?" I was gathering my things and it sounded like I was being kicked out. In short, because I am a professional at The Song, I can compare with other houses. Compared to this price, I can also rent another house with better quality. I did not receive a single apology from the house about what I was not allowed to use that the house credited nor how to advise the house's guests 👍🏻
