The staff is enthusiastic, but the room can't be viewed as advertised, the error is caused by the app, but the staff is enthusiastic. The hotel has no facilities

Đặt phòng view ban công, mở hết cửa sổ nhưng nhận phòng không có ban công và mở được 2 ô nhỏ dưới chân. Tối mở hết 2 ô đó+quạt vẫn không mát nổi. Nhân viên khá ok

For the Deluxe Double Lake view room, the hotel will have 2 types of rooms: balcony and window as shown. If there are no special requests regarding the room, we will keep the room that Traveloka automatically assigns.

Khách sạn thì đẹp sạch sẽ mà không hiểu sao phòng mình đặt hơi nhiều muỗi, khách sạn có hỗ trợ xử lí nhưng muỗi vẫn còn . Gia đình có con nhỏ nên để ý, bôi thuốc chống muỗi cho bé. Tiếp tân dễ thương, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình.
