The hotel is quite basic, bottles of water are charged. However the service is so incredible and it made it up for the whole trip.

Nice location, warm great from the receptionist, nice juices sold at the front, a lot of food around and also near the beach. The only thing made me slightly concerned is that the bar nearby is a little bit noisy at night.

Our stay was wonderful, thanks to the hospitality we received from Carisbay, from the receptionists to the owners. We were well accommodated with a clean and spacious room with great beach view from the balcony. We rented a motorbike for a day and after we returned it, the owner still offered to lend us the bike many times after, so that we could save some taxi money. On our last day, the hostel gave us free drinks (boba tea with milk foam) and printed us free polaroid photos as gifts before we left. Though we insisted to pay for the drinks and photos, the owners kept refuse to take money for those. He said he was working on opening a coffee shop in the hotel and he just wanted feedback on the drinks, and in fact they tasted really good. It was overall a nice experience. The only downside is that they don't have the option of an elevator, and the stairs is rather steep, so it could be difficult if you have large and heavy luggages.

I went 4 people, in two rooms, the sea view is really good, the sea view, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean, spacious, the sea breeze is cool, the center should be near everything, just a little bit vinmart, there is a service is and repairing, juice shop on the first floor, convenient 👍😆 Next time if I have the opportunity to visit Quy Nhon, I would love to book Carisbay room again. Hope Carisbay is growing and has many customers. ❤️

Enthusiastic staff, clean rooms. But I had to move after 2 days because I could not stand the wall noise of the next apartment. Burning from 7am even it's Sunday and the hotel still has no idea to keep guests comfortable when they come to resort.
