In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your co-operation in observing the following rules so that all clients will be able to stay in our hotel in a safe and comfortable atmosphere. 1. Check-in at 2:00 pm, Check-out at 12:00 pm. For early check-in / Late Check out : Please contact front desk. Please strictly follow the check-out time to avoid these charges: 12:00 – 02:00 pm = 200 THB 02:00 – 03:00 pm = 300 THB After 03:00 pm = full rate 2. Please provide your ID/Passport when checking in. Payment for rooms including key deposit (300 THB - fully refunded after returning the key at check-out) must be completed in advance. 3. For security reason, visitors are requested to present ID/Passport at front desk prior to meet with hotel guest. Our hotel reserve rights to decline any stranger from entering the premises. 4. Smoking / vaping in the room and balcony is prohibited. Fine up to 5,000 baht. 5. Illegal drugs, gambling or any other aggressive behavior are strictly prohibited. Fine up to 5,000 baht and informing law enforcement officers. 6. The following items are prohibited on the premises of the hotel. - Durian - Animals - Hazardous Chemicals - Explosive and Flammable substances - Firearms or weapons. 7. Cooking inside the room is not allowed. 8. Removing furniture or items from guest room is prohibited. You will be charged for any lost or damaged items upon check-out. 9. New room, new furniture but the room only be clean after 3pm. We have been there 4 nights but no make up room anytime because they are busy, when they are free, that is late noon. We ask more water, toilet paper and change blanket, towel. They dont do by themself. But the staff is friendly. I think they need more cleaners to clean upp the room early and everyday. 7/10

It was such a pleasant 4-days stay. The staffs were very welcomed. There were 2 receptionists (a man & woman) who greeted us every time we enter and go out the hotel lobby. We also asks for places to go, they are willingly explaining how to commute, what to see and everything else. Till the very last day, he also still asks how we were doing and sends us to our Grab nicely. For the room, it was very spacious & clean. From the pictures I didn't thought it would be this spacious for a 2-3 star hotel. But as I enter, it was very tidy, white, the room is bright. Even they have a mini living room providing with 2 chairs & small table. There is a makeup table with a big mirror, big closet, TV, even a refrigerator which they will provide 2 water bottle every morning. The toilet is very clean, not smelly, it is provided with a water heater. There is a balcony with a clothes hanger, so if you want to wash your clothes you can hang in there. The hotel location is next to a seven eleven market and every night in front of the hotel is a night market. I will definitely come back to Thailand and stay in here. It was such a warm service with a very affordable price. Thank you once again to the receptionists (sorry I forgot to ask their names).

Friendly staff but please check the costumer if they wanted to clean their room. They just clean our room twice. For almost 6 days of our stay.

The hotel is very nice and really really worth the price. The room is neat and spacious. I really recommend this hotel for either short or long stay.
