Good, Helpful Staff, Very friendly receptionist and Breakfast has different variety. Not only Bedroom spacious but also living room area. Very enjoyable trip as near hotel, many attractions places to visit like King Power Maha Nakhon.

Stayed in 7th floor. Bathroom condition: the room is ok. Shower need improvement. The shower stand not holding shower head because too lose. This should be reported by room cleaner. Service level: good welcoming service and check-in smooth. However i'm dispointed with one of the lady front desk. I requested extra pillow, she told me will arrange next day because room service close at night. The pillow never come after 3night. During extension another two with new booking and same room, I asked her where is the pillow I requested, again the same lady who attended me on 1st day said will arrange tomorrow morning. I asked whether she past the request/message next day o front desk on duty. She said yes. End of the day I did receive extra pillow till I checked out 6th day. Breakfast: reasonable and decent breakfast. Service level of breakfast staff on duty superb 5star. There is a playground for kids in the breakfast area.

Nice place to stay whoever first time come to Bangkok, very recommended and it 's close by Mahanakhon Skywalk and also Chong Nonsi BTS station.

The room was nice and spacious, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, but I think the cleanliness should be more better because there lots on small cockroaches, I stayed for 6nights and everything was good. But at the last day I ordered taxi from the hotel to drop us to airport which we payed quiet a high price. The car that we got was soo old and the driver was very bad, he was debating with us forcing extra money for highway which actually have been included by the hotel when we payed and also the way he drive I think he 's kindda drunk. Soo next anyone better take grabcar.
