I was stay at Bangkok Palace for 5D3N, everything was perfect for my holiday, my flight arrive in the morning and arrived at Hotel around 11AM, I request for early check in, high floor and double bed. all my request are fulfilled! thank you so much Bangkok Palace for let me check in early. staff very nice, the housekeeping very fast for delivering our request. just one thing there is no cycle menu for breakfast, so everyday i'm eat the same food, but overall my holiday and stay at Bangkok Palace are awesome!

Its quite pleasure to stay here, but because of the construction its difficult to have transportation and the transportation have to pay to get in to bangkok palace near citylink building.

Old hotel and not good. D. And must move to other hotel. At night you cannot fine taxi or tug tug infront hotel.

What's good about this hotel is that the room and the whole hotel is really clean, good ventilation (although they don't have exhaust in rooms but its still good). Location is so-so, there is no view, the ceiling is very low, this might be inconvenient to people above 1,8m high, only front staff can speak english (although its not that good as well). The way to the hotel is dark and back door is closed after 9 PM until 6 AM so you've got to go around the hotel to get in if you go out until really late) and also its quite scary at first with lots of people from middle-east Asia. It also turns out that this hotel is old (the AC is also central and it took quite long to get the room cool, just don't turn the AC until youre ready to check out I guess) and it doesn't look as good as the picture. However the overall experience in this hotel is okay, not that good and not that bad at all.
