Hotel is in a good location with Balihay Bay view nearby. Staffs were great and well mannered. Reasonable price.

We had a good experience at Balihai. Well the room was good except it smells sometime from the canal. The breakfast was alright, they had variety of food but it could be better. The staffs were very kind and helpful. Theirs service was good.

The room is big clean good view and staff very nice but the room smell bad maybe from the canal down .. after midnight the elevator from car park close so we have to walk back and go up by stair to the lobby to use another elevator to go to the room.
