The electric system in my room was shutdown for many times, even though at the midnight while the other rooms remain normal. The 3rd time, my friend was taking shower alone in the room, the power was shutdown and he was panic when everything completely dark and no one was there. There was the midnight of 24 to 25 of March, I suggested to change the other room but the lady receptionist denied my suggestion with the very bad behaviors and unfriendly pitch of voice. Until I was angry and made the conflict become more and more serious, also with the appear of the other check-in costumers were beimg in there, she accepted to change another room but with the very bad attitude. In addition, the hotel spacial is full with the warning paper to charge the money of the customer when they smoke, when they bring durian, when they pack luggage or when they go in another floor, etc. It is OK when they launch the policies based on the owner 's point of view, but this make me as well as other occupants feel uncomfortable when staying and everything we do can lead to the punishment and charge 2000 baht. I saw many people packed in the hotel lobby but no one care, but some one packing and the staff shouted"No No, go outside packing, outside packing". This is unfair when the policy they launch not apply to everyone, seem like if the staff is happy, they ignore, otherwises if they are unhappy, they execute the law. The policy is strict but the service and quality are not going the same, for example the action and behaviors of the lady receptionist in that night is terrible, while I have met so many lovely Thai people around and always believe that Thai people are the nicest people I have ever met but this lady destroyed all. However, the man staffs who help me to carry the luggages are all nice and friendly, only the man who help me to transfer the luggage to the new room 705 when my room 910 were in the problems of power shutdown, only him said sorry to me, while the receptionist should be the one who say that, but she said nothing and remain the very bad attitude. This is the 3rd time I picked Patra for my trip, the nearest time was just 3 months ago and now after 3 months, I trust them again and pick Patra for this time, but this time is a whole disappointment. I never come back this place again.
